Apply as "Business Owner - Flight Ancillaries & Analysis (all genders)" and hold the end-to-end responsibility for your products across all channels and customer touchpoints. Your focus will be on product development, analysis, and pricing. Additionally, you are coordinating the implementation of these initiatives in all channels, and maintaining a close interface with the EWD Product teams and the Eurowings Aviation stakeholders for the optimal front-end presentation of those products on the web channel(s).

What you'll do

You are holding the end-to-end responsibility of your ancillary products across all channels and customer touchpoints
You will apply your best practices and know-how of business and product development and pricing to achieve the best results for Eurowings
Your profound analysis and commercial skills help you to identify trends, patterns, and insights that you translate into product improvements and business cases
It is your responsibility to carefully evaluate and prioritize the business potential of all initiatives (based on the reliable market, sales, and behavioral data)
You manage the Ancillary budget and forecast
With your profound and deep marked observation skills, you will keep a close eye on our competition to learn and adapt from them
With your creativity you will come up with ideas on how to present the products on the different web channels of Eurowings in the best way possible
You will be in charge of developing your flight ancillary products strategically, by enhancing the product portfolio (product spectrum) and optimizing pricing strategies along all touchpoints and channels

What you'll need

You have app- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in product or project management in an agile environment
You hold a degree in Business Administration or similar
You hold a strong empathy for our customers and users and are able to develop customer-centric product concepts with maximum business value
Your strong communication skills and team player mindset help you to manage different stakeholders within the organization
You are experienced in managing complex projects, ideally in an eCommerce or other technical context
You are experienced with different web analytics and understand best practices for UI and UX.
