Job overview
As Program Lead ElevAte, you will act as the key connector, ensuring the successful buildup of an extended Eurowings Digital business purpose, including consistent way of working, governance and culture. You will drive the future readiness of Eurowings Digital, by steering organizational development, including optimized structures, processes, and roles. Furthermore, in this role, you will drive efficiency measures across Eurowings Digital, including exploration of synergies within EW Group/LHG. Thereby, you will actively contribute to the EWolut targets and actively collaborate with the EWolut Program Team. In the role of  Program Lead ElevAte, you lead a cross-functional core team and a virtual team. You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Unit Lead – Operations & People.

  • Define the program's vision, set ambition levels, and track KPI achievements.
  • Shape the working model together with the core team.
  • Establish clear communication channels and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives within EWD and beyond.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Lead and foster collaboration within cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Proactively manage resources and cultivate a high-performing team culture.
  • Identify risks and impediments and develop effective mitigation strategies.

What you will need
  • At least 7 years' of project & transformation experience.
  • Solid understanding of organizational structures within EWD and the EW group.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and change management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a neutral and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to deliver results collaboratively in cross-functional and virtual environments.
