Job overview

As a Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the myEW Account, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling one of our strategic growth pillars. You will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into high-impact digital solutions that strengthen customer loyalty, increase retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will own the product vision, prioritize development efforts, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable and customer-centric digital products.

What you will do

    Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for our myEW account
    Independently write user stories that translate business goals and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
    Act as the primary interface between business, engineering, UX, data and stakeholders
    Drive the implementation of loyalty mechanisms such as Wallets, cashback models, subscriptions or similar value propositions
    Ensure security, compliance and data protection requirements are embedded in all product decisions (e.g. authentication, customer data protection)
    Define and track product KPIs (e.g. retention rate, engagement, revenue impact)
    Continuously optimize the product based on data, user feedback and business priorities
    Ensure high delivery quality and sustainable product development within an agile setup (lateral leadership of a squad)

What you will need

    At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
    In depth experience in developing both app and web products
    An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data
    Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
    Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
    Experience with digital loyalty & account products, security and authentication topics is a strong plus
    Fluent business English skills
